Petzl Maestro L Descender For Technical Rescue

Petzl Maestro L descender for work at height is multipurpose, easy to use and intended for rescue technicians.

Maestro has an ergonomic handle and an integrated brake to allow you to always have ample control of the descent and a comfortable progression.

With this descender you have the possibility to make lowerings, lift and move heavy loads and use it both as a main system and for self-insurance.

Maestro L has an integrated blocking pulley, with a large diameter pulley on sealed ball bearings. The pulley is multifaceted and allows to increase the areas of friction with the rope and to provide additional braking action for the lowering of heavy loads.

The passage from the lowering to the lifting position is immediate, without having to recover the load.

Maestro L accepts ropes with a diameter range from 12.5 to 13 mm and allows handling loads of up to 280 kg.

To insert the rope, simply open the mobile flange facing the operator and follow the markings indicated on the device.

Petzl thinks of an Auto-lock system that allows you to easily place yourself in the workplace without having to use the handle.

When the user leaves the handle, the rope locks automatically.
