Petzl Reverso Polyvalent Climbing Descender

Petzl Reverso is the renewed version of the famous Reverso 4 by 2019. A bucket insurer / descender that takes into account the ever thinner diameters of the ropes used. In fact, for single strokes, it accepts diameters from 8.5 mm, while for twins 6.9 mm.

The design has also been improved, which is now more rounded, in fact it facilitates the sliding of the rope without ruining it too much over time.

For the methods of use, however, are the same: you can in fact assure according to the classical technique with two hands on the rope, but you can also make the rappels in double rope or ensure one or two seconds for long routes thanks to the Reverso method .

In addition, there is an unlocking hole which allows to give rope with a carabiner when the device is under tension.
